Charcoal Pav Bhaji Bruschetta

A new fashion food which is in trend. Charcoal food. Pav bhaji with a twist of charcoal topped up with cheese and Indian Garlic Chutney.





Ingredients 

4 Pav, cut slant like loaf 
4 Potatoes, boiled 
1 Cup Cauliflower, grated and Boiled 
1 Cup carrot, chopped and boiled 
1 capsicum, chopped 
2 onions, chopped 
4 tomatoes, chopped 
1/2 cup green peas, boiled 
2 tbsp red chilli _ garlic paste 
1 tsp Cumin seeds 
Salt to taste 
1 tsp red chilli powder 
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 
2 tbsp Pav bhaji masala
1/4 cup  Charcoal Powder 
Coriander leaves to garnish
2 tbsp butter + more if needed
1 tbsp oil
1 lemon juice 
2 tbsp red chilli and garlic chutney 
Grated cheese 

Method :

In a pan , heat butter and oil, add cumin seeds. 
Add chopped onion and cook till translucent. 
Add the paste and bhuno  it. Add the tomatoes and rest if the vegetables and cook. 
Add the potatoes and press with pav bhaji ladle and mix well. 
Add the masala and cook till oil floats . Add the charcoal powder and mix . 
Add more butter, lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well.
Cool the masala (Spices).
Apply butter in bread, place some bhaji, grate cheese and top it with little chutney.
Bake for 10 minutes in preheated oven or on tawa grill.
Serve charcoal Bruschettas!!
