Scrambled Egg Bunny Chow


Is Egg veg or non veg has always been matter of discussion.Well, it’s veg or non veg, I don’t care as I love eating eggs and there is so much what can be done with this one ingredient.

It’s a source of protein and is very healthy for our body .

Egg is something which can be craved at night and can be available easily on streets near railway station .

Egg Bhurjee, masala omelette, boiled egg, cheese egg, tawa egg and the list will never end.
One day my son asked me can we do something more creative with this egg and the answer is here.

Something I thought to do with this and then I ended up making this simple but really tasty dish.

                                                       " Scrambled Egg Bunny Chow"

Ingredients 

3-4 Eggs 
2 Onions , chopped 
ya garlic cloves, chopped 
1 green chilli
1 tomato chopped 
Salt to taste 
1 tsp red chilli powder 
1 tsp egg masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder 
1 tbsp fresh cream 
Cheese , grated 
Coriander chopped 
3 Buns 
Butter 
Oil

Method :

Preheat the oven at 180 degree .

In a pan , heat oil , add the chopped onion  and garlic and cook till translucent . 

Then add the green chilli and other spices .

Then add the tomatoes and cook till soft .

In another bowl , beat the egg with salt and malai( fresh cream ). Add it to the pan and whisk till scrambled and done . 

Add the chopped coriander and keep aside .

Take the bun and slowly remove the center if it leaving 1 inch bread at the bottom . Fill in the egg and grated cheese and put a dallop of butter . 

Keep in the preheated oven and bale till Cheese melts . 
Remove and serve !!
