Seasonal fruit 

Basically it’s a dip with salad batons around !! 

Mulberry, a fruit high in vitamin C and also has a lot of benefits.  It reduces the risk of heart diseases and also cleans the liver system . People with high creatine are recommended to eat this fruit.

More than this this fruit has an amazing taste.The sweet, tangy taste is difficult to be away from the palette. This fruit is mostly found in winters, so I believe we should consume as much as possible.

This is mu way of eating this fruit , in the form of dip which becomes a king for any party.

Ingredients 

2 Cups Mulberry/ Shatoot
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds Powder 
A pinch of Nutmeg
Salt as per taste 
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder 
1/2 tsp Red chilli flakes 
1/2 lemon juice 


Method :

Firstly was and remove the stem of the mulberry.

In a pan, heat oil, add fennel seeds, and mulberry with little salt. Cover and cook till soft. Then add sugar and cook pulpy. 

Add rest of the ingredients and mix well . Cook till it sticks the laddle . 
Remove and cool it !!


Serve with accompaniment of your choice !!
