Ingredients 

1 tbsp Ghee
2 Dried Red Chillies
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Garlic , Crushed 
2 green chillies , Crushed 
1 medium Onion , Chopped 
1 Cup Curd 
2 Bunches Methi Leaves , Roughly Chopped 
1 Cup Mangodi,( Moong wadi )
1 tbsp Garam masala 
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder 
1 tsp Turmeric Powder 
Salt to taste


Method : 

Firstly , wash the Fenugreek / Methi leaves , chop and keep aside .
In a pan , heat 1 tbsp Ghee , add the mangodi . Fry till it’s brown . Remove and keep aside . 

In the same pan , add more ghee , add cumin seeds, allow to splutter . Add dried red chillies . Add the garlic and green chilli paste and cook for a minute . Add the chopped onion and cook till translucent. Add the dried powders and mix well . 

Add the Curd and keep stirring to avoid it to curdle . Add the mangodi along with the Fenugreek leaves and cook on low flame till done . Add salt and serve hot !!
