FLEX SEED LADOO / ALSI KE LADOO

Another ladoo for kids as well as for adults . we all know that flax seeds is rich in omega 3 and fibre . It lower blood pressure and also bad cholesterol and also is useful for loosing weight . So let’s make this interesting ladoo . These are basically given to ladies after delivery !!





                                                                  "Alsi Ke Laddoo"




Ingredients 


1 Cup Roasted Alsi , Powder it 
1 Cup Wheat Flour 
50 gms Gond 
3 tbsp Ghee + 2 tbsp for frying Gond 
4 tbsp Sugar 
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder 
Almond and pistachio ( powdered )





Method :

In a pan , add ghee , add flour and bhuno wheat till golden . Add the powdered alsi to it and mix . In a separate pan , take ghee , add Gond and cook till fluffy . Ground to powder .

 Add it to the mixture and stir well. Add the sugar . 

Add cardamom powder and mix well .

 Add the dry fruit powder and mix and keep to cool . Make the ladoo and garnish with pistachio . Have 1 in a day to stay healthy !!
